Mijo Gin was invented in 2022 by the two founders of The Gin Bar. This London dry gin is made from several botanicals including kaffir lime, rosemary and allspice resulting in a smooth but complex gin. Subtle herbal notes are balanced with a citrus middle and a dry herbal finish.
